Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Starter plan is free forever (1 user, up to 50 invoices/month). Paid plans have a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

How long does onboarding take?

Most businesses are live within 1–3 days. If you're migrating from Tally, our team does the data migration — typically 2–5 business days depending on volume.

Do you support GST and E-Invoice out of the box?

Yes. GST invoice generation, E-Invoice (IRN) auto-generation, GSTR-1 JSON export, and E-Way Bill are all built in — not add-ons, not plugins.

Can I use ABSS CRM and Books separately?

Yes. Books and CRM are separate products that can be used independently. The Professional plan includes both fully integrated. You can start with one and add the other later.

What languages is ABSS support available in?

Our support team communicates in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi. We're building regional language support into the product as well.
