Notifications
For: Every signed-in user — your own real-time, push, and in-app alerts
Title Notification Management. Subtitle: Control whether you receive real-time, push, and in-app notifications. This is not WhatsApp Config (admin digest to phones).
Settings → Notifications → Enable Notifications On/Off
What this is for
1. Enable Notifications
Switch: On / Off. On: You are currently receiving real-time and push notifications. Off: Notifications are disabled. You will not receive any real-time or push alerts
What it affects: Whether this browser user gets Books push / in-app alerts. It does not change other users, and it does not send WhatsApp summaries

Turn Enable Notifications On. Allow the browser prompt if it appears.

If the site was previously blocked, follow the lock-icon steps, reload, then turn On again.
Note: The blocked banner copy names Chrome. Other browsers use the same lock / site-settings path.
Business rules

| Browser block | If Chrome has denied the site, the switch cannot turn On. Banner and modal: lock icon in the address bar → Notifications → Allow → reload, then turn the toggle On |
